Recently, Ibotta has been locking customers out of their accounts and accusing them of basically fraud. There are some out there that are submitting the same receipt over and over or manipulating receipts and we all that is a no-no. However, Ibotta is also locking people's account if the whole entire receipt is not seen in the picture.

I have been using ibotta and out of the blue someone tried to change my number. the next day they deactivated my account and took my credits for no reason. No one will reply. Irritated with Ibotta. Not worth even 1 star.
